Oil Express Way for Different Grain
Cold pressing method of rapeseed(flax, fiberflax, perilla, almond)
1.Remove impurities of rapeseed, flax, fiberflax, perilla, almond
2.It is very important to judge the dry humidity of oil. If the oil is too dry or normal, the water content of too spray 1-1.5% water, and the water content is generally 0.5-1%. After mixing evenly, the oil can be cut. If the oil cake does not form or oil does not come out during the pressing period, the water content is about 0.5% again until the oil comes out of the cake; If there is no oil, no cake and oil return, add two-thirds of the oil cake in the oil and wait for about five minutes to return to normal.
Cold pressing method of peanut kernel, sesame and walnut
1.Remove impurities of peanut kernel, sesame and walnut
2.Mix about 5 kg of dry oil cake with about 0.5 kg of oil, spray 0.5-1% water on the mist evenly, and then slowly feed. After two cycles, mix 60-70% of peanut, sesame or walnut under the cake outlet or in the lower hopper, and then enter into the lower hopper for pressing through the feeder or directly add oil on the lower hopper for pressing. When the hopper is full, stop feeding, press it again, and start to discharge dried cake. When there is about 5 kg dried cake left in the hopper, start to unload oil.
3. Cold pressing method of soybean, castor and grape seeds
1. Remove impurities of soybean and castor;
2.Judge the dry humidity of the oil material, mix 1-7% water evenly, and then start feeding. If the oil cake is not formed or oil can not come out, spray water about 0.5% again until the oil cake is formed and oil comes out. If there is no cake, no oil or oil return phenomenon, it means that the oil materials are too much water, and add 60% - 70% dried cake of oil materials, and the oil cake will return to normal in about five minutes.
4. Cold pressing method of pepper seed, cotton seed, prickly ash seed
1.Remove impurities of pepper seed, cotton seed, prickly ash seed
2.Judge the dry humidity of the oil material, mix 1-2% of the water evenly, and then start feeding. If the oil cake is not formed or oil can not come out, spray water about 1% again until the oil cake is formed and oil comes out. If there is no cake, no oil or oil return phenomenon, it means that the oil materials are too much water, and add 50% dried cake of oil materials, and the oil cake will return to normal in about five minutes.
