Product Description

The 5XFZ-25SC Air Screen Cleaner with Gravity Table is suitable for cleaning most grain seeds, such as sesame, beans, corn, wheat, peanuts, etc.

It can remove impurities such as unsaturated particles, moldy particles, insect-eaten particles, dust, straw, light impurities, large and small impurities;

Soybean cleaning is 7-8 tons/hour, sesame cleaning is 4-5 tons/hour, corn and wheat is cleaning 10 tons/hour, and the purity can reach more than 99%.

Multi-function: integrates air screening, specific gravity selection, and classification screening;

High purity: Effectively removes more than 95% of seeds, buds, insect-eaten grains, mildewed grains, and more than 99% of impurities such as straw, straw, and broken grains;

Process: full laser CNC process, sandblasting and plastic spraying surface treatment;

Easy to operate: the specific gravity table and screen can be replaced to facilitate daily cleaning and material switching;

Machine Structure

Working Principle

•The raw grain go to machine by elevator,first go through the vertical air screen cleaner which will remove the dust and light impurities ;

•Then the grain will go to the small vibration box which got two layers can remove the big and small impurities;

•After that the grain will go to the gravity table which can remove the small sticks,lighted,moldy and insected grain;

•Finally it will go to the half back sieves which can remove the big and small impurities again.

•The machine for sesame cleaning is 4-5t/h and purity is above 99%;for soybean cleaning is 7-8t/h.
