Production line process

 

1. Air screen cleaner can remove the dust , light impurities such as leaves .  Remove big & small impurities .
2. Magnetic separator can remove the metals and soil clods from beans
3. De-stoner can remove stones and sand from the grains .
4. Gravity separator is use to remove the bad seeds , moldy seeds and other light impurities .
5. Polishing machine to polish the beans
6. Vibration grader , to separate the beans to different size and the spilit
7. Color sorter , to remove the beans with bad colour .
8. Platform for color sorter.
9. Silo on the top of packing machine . to store the beans for short time
10. Auto packaging scales are used to weigh, package and seal seeds.
11. Bag dust collector , to collect the dust of cleaning machines .
