Introduction
Our company provides a full set of sesame wet peeling production machines.
At present, there are two main methods for sesame peeling: dry method and wet method.
Wet peeling is to first soak the sesame raw materials in alkaline water of a certain concentration to make the sesame skin swell and loosen, and then remove the sesame skin by mechanical friction, and then wash or sieve to separate the skin and kernel. The wet peeling rate is high, and the sesame kernel product quality is good, so it is widely used in the production of sesame kernels for food.
Dry peeling is to bake the sesame raw materials and then remove the sesame skin by impact. This method is rarely used.
Production line process
Our sesame production line combines the mature and advanced technologies of various domestic companies in China and integrates the solutions.
The first step is to soak the sesame seeds in alkaline water at a certain temperature to make the sesame skin swell and loosen, the epidermis soften, and become easy to fall off. At the same time, the alkaline soaking liquid passivates the pigment components in the sesame skin layer to ensure the whiteness of the sesame kernels.
The second step is to rub the sesame seeds against each other through mechanical friction to make the sesame skin fall off the sesame kernels. In this process, if the friction is too small, the peeling rate will be low. If the friction is too large, the sesame seeds will easily break and reduce economic efficiency.
The third step is the sesame skin and kernel separator. Separating sesame kernels from sesame skins is also the most important step. We use mature sesame skin and kernel separation technology to effectively separate sesame skins and sesame kernels. Ensure that the sesame kernels after drying are not stained with skin and can be separated well.
For the fourth step of drying, we use the boiling drying method. The wet sesame kernels have a large contact area with the hot air in the boiling state, the temperature distribution is uniform, and the high-temperature hot air improves the drying efficiency. Due to the uniform heating, the sesame kernels will not be damaged by heat. It is easy to control the drying time and the moisture content of the dried sesame kernels during operation. The product particles are full and the product looks good. At the same time, the sesame seeds bounce and rub against each other, making them brighter.
Step 5: Clean the sesame seeds after drying. This can be done with a conventional sesame cleaning machine.
Step 6: Color sorting. Remove the different-colored particles in the sesame seeds to ensure the quality of the finished product.
Step 7: Packaging. After automatic packaging in bags. The sesame seeds can be sent to customers.
