working principle:
It is mainly composed of functional parts of rice mill and pulverizer:
Rice milling part: The rice enters the rice milling chamber from the feed hopper into the feed bearing body, which is composed of a cylinder, a screen and other parts. Under the action of pushing and stirring friction generated by the high-speed rotation of the rice roller, the rice is shelled and whitened. Most of the chaff is discharged from the bran outlet hopper through the sieve holes, and the whitened rice is cleaned and discharged from the rice outlet through the fan separator.
Feed crushing part: The material is fed into the crushing chamber from the hopper, and is struck by the high-speed rotating flat teeth and square teeth, causing friction and collision between the material and the rotor, fixed tooth disc, and screen, and is quickly broken into fine powder. At the same time, under the action of centrifugal force and air flow, materials with qualified particle size pass through the screen holes and are discharged from the hopper.
