1. Double air screen cleaner can remove the dust , light impurities such as leaves .  Remove big & small impurities .
2. De-stoner can remove stones or sand from the grains .
3. Magnetic separator can remove the metals or clods from grains.
4. Gravity separator is use to remove the bad seeds , moldy seeds and other light impurities .
5. Packing machine is use to weighing and packing the seeds .
6. Dust collector is use to collect the dust . To keep the warehouse clean .

The double air screen cleaner mainly have two working parts : two air screen and the vibration grader .
The air screen cleaner can remove the light impurities such as the dust , leaves , shells and so on . By controlling the air . This machine have two air screens , which can improve the impurity of the seeds .
The grader can remove the big and small impurities or grader the seeds to different sized by the different size of the seives .
•Blowing type De-stoner will remove the stones and other heavy impurities;

•The raw material will deliver to the De-stoner by elevator,then the material will evenly scattered on the De-stoner table,with the fan motor under the table blow up the wind and the vibration of machine,the stones and other heavy impurities will climb up and the material will go down to the final product outlet.

5CX-5 Magnetic Separator is used to separate metals or clods from grains or seeds,the raw material will deliver to the magnetic separator by elevator,grains mixed with metals or clods go through a closed strong magnetic field with appropriate speed.Due to the different attraction strength of the magnetic field,metal,soil and clods will be separate from the grain.
•Blowing type Gravity Separator will separate the moldy,blighted,and insected grain from the good grain.
•The raw material will deliver to the gravity separator by elevator,then the material will evenly scattered on the gravity separator table,with the fan motor under the table blow up the wind and the vibration of machine,and the different angle of the gravity table,the moldy,blighted, and insected grain will go to the down side and the good grain will go to the higher side and getting out, the middle part will be the mixed area,the mixed part will go to the slope elevator for the recycling.
