The 5QSC-5 De-stoner usually use after the pre-cleaning which the grain had been removed the dust,and light impurities,then the grain will go to the De-stoner,which use for removing the stones out,the stones removing rate can above 99%.As one type of the sesame cleaning machine,which can also clean soybean by changing sieves .

Working Principle

•Blowing type De-stoner will remove the stones and other heavy impurities;

•The raw material will deliver to the De-stoner by elevator,then the material will evenly scattered on the De-stoner table,with the fan motor under the table blow up the wind and the vibration of machine,the stones and other heavy impurities will climb up and the material will go down to the final product outlet.

•De-stoner capacity which is 3t/h based sesame and the machine got two types based on the different capacity.
